i'm so mad today!!
actually not really mad, just did something i have long waited to do =) hee
guesssss wat!!
ANSWER IS.......
I WENT TO GET ALL MY TIRAMISU RECIPEs..... together with cheese cake recipe ingredient. =P HOHOHO....
this evening, meet up with beatrice. we went AMK NTUC to shop for my groceries. yupyup.. thx beatrice for accompany this mad gal who can't wait to make her own tiramisu. XD also wanna thx mummy for giving me 20 dollar voucher to shop at NTUC. however, i still overshot by 17bucks. =S managed to get most of the ingredients. ehhh... still couldn't get my biscuits crumbs for cheese cake and my wine or liquor. so the sales ppl tell me to go over to cold storage. THX so MUCH MR WINE session uncle. heee
after aparted with beatrice who can't wait to rush home and play her maple.....!!! i headed to NOVENA!!! hee.. there got cold storage mah. ^^
LUCKILY cold storage got all the stuffs i wanted to get. called kaisin to ask wat she use for her cheese cake base. =) after tat called SAR to ask wat liquor he use for his tiramisu =D he said he nv use bt he told me tat it shld be MARSALA wine.
past few days while i'm searching for tiramisu recipe i got different kind of liquor brand. =.= make me so confuse... dntnoe which to get. heng heng.. i got one recipe says to use MARSALA wine =)) yeappp.. since SAR oso say is this wine so i went to look for it! waoh.. everywhere oso WINE. -.- see until my eyes blurr lo. hahas went to ask the sales person. she said the other brand i'm looking for there dnt have. BUT BUT....... the last liquor i asked she said" yeahh.. we have this. =) hmmm alot of my customer oso use this for cooking." COOL!!! finally... i FOUND it.
one thing that make me hesitated was..... they only have that BIG bottle of MARSALA wine! OMG.. cost 30 plus. sigHhh... just becoz of that tiramisu i got to get this BOTTLE OF WINE???

FINALLY! I DECIDED. I WILL BUY IT! o.O
HEE no choice. i wanna make my tiramisu la. hahaaaas
ok since i decided to make out the best tiramisu. i will get every single things listed in the recipe.

30 bucks just for this bottle of wine. and is becoz of my TIRAMISU!. TSK TSK*
intotal i spent almost 60bucks on all the ingredients.
i thought its worth it. becoz i LOVE COOKING. i LOVE making my desserts. haha.. tats me =)
one of my dream is to become a cooker(chef) or a baker hee... hope it will come true one day.
ok back to topic.
reached home at 7plus. straight away..... i get all my stuffs and start making my tiramisu =))))) heee so anxious to make it lo.
this is my 1st time making it. cannot really tell if i'm doing it correctly. base on the steps in the internet, i think i'm doing alright. just tat they giving in a larger portion and i divided into half =D
ok... the whole process took me ard an hour. aiyoo.. supposed to be done in 30 to 40 mins ...
i shall forgive myself =X coz is my 1st time HAHAHAHAS lame excuses.. lols
ok.. made a few... shall take a look at my tiramisu ???!

its LONG FLAT. MOSCATO nice nice. =D
so i brought a small bottle hee
see 60 bucks groceries. =P
this is the MARSALA wine. 32bucks... bt i won't waste it.
i will go search for more dishes tat need MARSALA to cook with. =)
